HVAC Install Coordinator

We are looking for an exceptional HVAC Install Coordinator to add to our team who is extremely organized, accountable, and can deliver world-class customer service.

You will work as part of a dynamic team and exceed customer expectations by scheduling installation jobs and preparing the installers so they can accomplish the highest quality installations, every time.

By working closely with the Installation Manager and the entire installation department, you will help the team complete jobs on time and under budget, helping to achieve the company's financial goals.

General Job Function: This position is primarily responsible for helping to coordinate installations for maximum customer satisfaction while maintaining a high level of profitability through efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally answering the phone in a polite, friendly manner.
  • Calling customers to set up equipment installations
  • Schedule and dispatch jobs for the installation crews and technicians
  • Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
  • Make sure all equipment is ordered and ready for each job, adhering to quality checklist.
  • Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training
  • Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of Customer Service, with outstanding Customer interaction skills. Preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess enthusiasm, persuasiveness, accuracy, and quickness.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • We do background test and a clean DMV record
  • Reliable transportation to get to work on time every day
